After two years of being in the creative process, the psychedelic dreampop duo released ‘Psi Gamma’, the first track of their long-awaited album “Persona”.

Many things happened after Peruvian band, Laikamorí, published their first EP, which already from the name (“oooooooo”) demostrated their calling towards the enigmatic and surreal. That same unique style resonated in the songs of their record that was celebrated by music critics as one of the best national releases of the year and that quickly captured the attention of the international public.

Shortly after, the project consisting of two distinct sound entities, of unknown names and masked faces, was responsible for opening shows for iconic artists such as Cocorosie, Moderat, Brothertiger and Molly Nilsson, and went on tour in Brazil and Chile. In August of last year, they landed in Santiago to perform two shows at the Festival Neutral alongside Mexcian band ClubZ, Spanish band El Guincho, among others.

This year, the band that has just joined label Plastilina Records, presents “Psi Gamma”, the first track released off their first full-length album produced by Mario Silvania, the indispensable shoegazer of the Spanish scene in the nineties, along with the sound engineering of Juan José Salazar and the Argentine Juan Stewart.
